With Deliverable D2.5, project VR DigiJust has taken an important step in the process to establish a regional network of virtual training centres to facilitate the effective and co-herent application of specific EU cooperation instruments. Six training topics have been identified and described in 6 e-capsules: definition of digital justice; online perquisition, tro-jan and investigative hacking; gathering, preservation and transmission of e-evidence in the framework of the existing supranational and national legislation; digital investigations, pro-portionality and respect on privacy and data protection; training on EU law; suggestions for training development).
