The International Virtual Conference will gather among the participants experts in the legal sector from all over Europe who will discuss and discuss the application of the Framework Decision 2008/947 on the application of the principle of mutual recognition of judgments and probation decisions with a view to the supervision of probation measures and alternative sanctions.

This meeting is an excellent opportunity for discussion and dissemination of Community practices, as well as potential challenges in individual member countries.
In the spirit of judicial cooperation, participants will have the opportunity to share professional experiences and food for thought in relation to the application of alternative measures.
