Abstract

Sergio Bianchi travelled to Libya where he interviewed Giulio Lolli, the Italian fugitive accused of carrying out carousel fraud to the value of (some say) almost one hundred million euros about his time as a freedom fighter in Libya, his time in the prisons of Ghedaffi and why he can never come back to Italy.
