Abstract

The report is the first of its kind to specifically focus the research and analysis on minority groups within a prison setting.

The report addresses the difficulties in identifying minority groups in this particular context and discusses some of the particular risks and vulnerabilities faced by minority groups.

The report will continue to be added to and updated as Agenfor and the FuturePrisnet partners continue their monitoring activities in the Western Balkans region.
