Results and Evaluation Report of the Action Plan

Abstract

This document represents the outcome of WP4 – Design and implementation of the action plan. The implementation phase started with the organization of a collaborative workshop (D4.1), in which participants were guided in co-designing an AP for implementing the selected most promising solutions that emerged from the previous WPs. D4.3 provides an assessment of the AP’s different components, its scalability, and its potential for transferability in different contexts.
