Train-the-Trainers Workshop: advancing data on discrimination

The Data Equality team recently took part in a hands-on Train-the-Trainers workshop dedicated to the project’s new methodology for the collection, management, analysis, and sharing of data on discrimination.

The updated methodology represents a key step forward and will soon be adopted by both civil society organisations (CSOs) and law enforcement authorities. Its implementation aims to strengthen effectiveness, enhance interoperability among actors, and improve the overall quality and reliability of discrimination-related data.

The workshop featured two in-depth and highly engaging sessions led by Alessandro Antonucci and Eric Rossetto from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland, whose expertise and practical insights provided valuable guidance to participants.

The day fostered active participation, meaningful exchanges, and strong collaboration within the team, laying solid foundations for the next phases of the project.

The work now continues with the next steps toward implementation.
