Abstract
Paolo Quercia has written the first pan-European research paper about the threat of metal theft to our economies and our societies.
Looking at countries individually across the EU affected by metal theft and their various attempts to stem the problem, the research paper will be presented to the European Commission as the basis of an eventual white paper with recommendations on how the EU can tackle this growing crime.
