This deliverable presents the implementation of a comprehensive training programme designed to equip VET teachers and instructors with advanced digital and immersive skills.
Through a structured and hands-on approach, participants were guided across the full pipeline of VR content creation, from 3D modelling to interactive design, virtual environment development, and audiovisual production. The training was delivered through two intensive laboratory sessions in Albania, combining practical exercises, collaborative projects, and real-world tools such as Blender, Unreal Engine, and VR devices.
The programme successfully strengthened participants’ technical and pedagogical competences, enabling them to integrate immersive technologies into teaching practices and act as multipliers within their institutions. It also established a replicable training model for the adoption of virtual reality in vocational education and training.
