Radicalisation: No prevention without juridicalisation

Abstract

The debate surrounding the theme of so-called ‘radicalisation’ has accelerated a process of transformation of prevention systems that, in Europe and the United States, has already been under way at least since the 1970s. Today, through the prism of radicalisation, we begin to see the effects of this new ‘liquid’ security culture started over 40 years ago, in a more marked form.
