Erica Franceschin

Erica Franceschin graduated in Law from the University of Padua. After graduating, she practiced law at a law firm in Padua and completed her training under Article 73 of Legislative Decree 69/2013 at the Supervisory Court of Venice – Padua branch, under the supervision of Dr. Elena Garbo. She then obtained her license to practice law. She then joined Agenfor International Foundation to study the PRE-AND-POST project focused on Framework Decision 2008/947/JHA, which sparked her interest and research that led to the drafting of this paper. She is currently engaged in a research project on the European Arrest Warrant and the extradition procedure at the Court of Appeal of Venice.
