The VR-DigiVET project has released Deliverable D5.2 – Quarterly Monitoring and Evaluation Reports, providing a comprehensive overview of the project’s implementation, achievements and lessons learned.
The deliverable brings together seven monitoring and evaluation cycles, following the project from its initial needs assessment and curriculum development to the creation and testing of the digital ecosystem, capacity-building activities for VET educators, student training, VR-based traineeships and final dissemination.
Monitoring played a central role throughout VR-DigiVET, allowing the consortium to assess progress, identify challenges and introduce corrective measures based on quantitative indicators, participant feedback, technical testing and learning outcomes.
The results confirm the strong performance of the project: 78 VET teachers and instructors were trained, 210 students participated in the digital skills programme, 25 students completed the VR-based traineeship, and 115 participants joined the Final Policy Event, with several key project targets exceeded.
Overall, D5.2 highlights how continuous evaluation, user feedback and flexible implementation contributed to building a sustainable and transferable approach to digital and immersive learning in the Albanian VET system.
